Beach front, excellent view, in-room jacuzzi!
I liked to learn about the option to stay ten (or whatever the number was) times and get a free night. However I didn't learn about it until after I checked in and the office wasn't open when I checked out. I'd like to take advantage of this offer. I liked the location...it was perfect for us.
Office only open 9 to 9...we left before it reopened.
could view the beach
Fireplace did not work..creaking of floor. Not enough pillows...old feeling (room needs tobe updated)
The view was beautiful and the room was adequate.
My husband is handicapped and there was no elevator. We did not know this ahead of time, however, the staff put us down to the second floor (nothing was available on the first floor). We needed to move prior to the time we expected to stay. My fault that I did not ask about an elevator. I assumed a three story motel would have one.
The location right on the beach. You could not see other buildings on either side of hotel we felt like the view was all ours.
The stairs were a bit much. Don't get the 3rd floor if you don't do steps. We had excellent view from 2nd floor.
loved the veiw wuold stay agian price was great.
the guy at the front desk was very rude.
No screens on top floor windows. Dangerous for pets and small children.
enjoyed my 3 night stay. Was a get away trip for myself and felt perfectly secure and safe. The view and beach access were excellent. The view could not be better. The bed was comfortable. Slept great. The bathroom and sink area could be updated, but was adequate for me. Will absolutely return.
This is an older motel with no facilities for the handycaped. We requested ground floor if there was not an elevator. We were placed on the second floor with no elevator, the staff howerever were willing to carry our luggage up the stairs. The stairs were very steep making them very dangerous for me to manage with a cane. We had a kitchenette, with the microwave being too high to use. The positive point: a good view of the ocean. The view would not be enough to bring me back to this motel.
On the beach
The hotel staff was rude to someone on the phone and very dry when talking to me. I'm sure he was not happy to work there.
We loved the Seagull Beach Motel! Our room had a great view of the ocean. The room itself was very "coastal" and that is exactly what we like, when we our on the Oregon Coast! The receptionist was very nice too!
It was great. We were there for 3 nights for our 40th anniversary. A very relaxing time. It's a nice, friendly family run motel- nice people. and the weather was great:) We would go back there.
Can't think of anything
The open airy rooms looking right onto the beach/ocean with beach access right there. Price was pretty good too.
No shampoo in the shower. It was hard to get the shampoo from the sink to the shower without making a mess. Quite an inconvenience. You also had to go downstairs to pick up coffee and sugar for your room.
Could use a little updating, windows a little hazy and clothing hangers rusty
The room was dirty, shared a balcon with entire hotel where they could just see into our room, they let a bunch of partiers stay there they were up all night waking us up noone did anything I dont think anyone was even working at the time. I will never stay at this hotel again and am very disappointed about all the reviews that said it was a nice place to stay it was terrible!!!
